Opinion
The conviction is for the unlawful sale -of feeding stuff in a bag falsely labeled; the punishment, a fine of $100.
The complaint and information are fatally defective for the reason that the name of the alleged purchaser is not shown. Art. 406, V.A.C.C.P.; King v. State, Tex.Cr.App., 286 S.W.2d 422.
The judgment is reversed and the prose•cution is ordered dismissed.
