Opinion

CARROLL, Judge.

This appeal challenges appointment of a receiver. Our opinion and judgment filed this date on the appeal from the final decree (Appeal No. 65-440, 181 So.2d 16) and our order of September 9, 1965, entered in this appeal (No. 65-760), which stayed and in effect set aside the appointment of the receiver, appear determinative of the subject matter of this appeal, making ruling herein unnecessary.

It is so ordered.
