Defendant is entitled to be advised in advance of the trial of all material factors with respect to the alleged expenditures for necessaries, the amounts and by whom such sums were advanced. Carswell, Acting P. J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MaeCrate, JJ., concur.
