Opinion

Broyles, C. J.

The verdict was amply authorized by the evidence; the alleged newly discovered evidence was not of such a character as would probably cause a different verdict upon another trial, and, moreover, it was met by a strong counter-showing from the State; and the court did not err in overruling the motion for a new trial.

Judgment affirmed.

Luke and Bloodworth, JJ., concur.
