MEMORANDUM OPINION

NEESE, District Judge.

This is an action for the judicial review of the final decision of the defendant Secretary, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), denying the plaintiff’s claim for disability health insurance benefits under the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i), 423, and for supplemental security income benefits, 42 U.S.C. § 1383(cX3). The defendant moved for a judgment on the pleadings. Rule 12(c), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
