PER CURIAM.

The lower court’s order denying Poole’s motion for post-conviction relief is affirmed without prejudice to Poole’s right to seek post-conviction relief in compliance with Rule 3.850, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. Daniels v. State, 450 So.2d 601 (Fla. 4th DCA 1984).
