Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We have examined the record and briefs and have heard oral arguments. We find that in the entry of the Order under attack the respondent Commission did not deviate from the essential requirements of the law. The writ of certiorari is therefore denied.

It is so ordered.

DREW, C. J., and THORNAL, O’CONNELL, CALDWELL and ERVIN, JJ., concur.
