In an action to recover damages for wrongful death, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 13, 1957, dismissing the complaint at the end of plaintiff’s case. Judgment affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Ughetta, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
