Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Following a jury trial Eduardo Pol was charged with and convicted of one count of first degree murder for the stabbing death of his estranged wife. The trial court sentenced Pol to life in state prison. We affirm.

The evidence adduced against Pol at trial consisted of his confession as well as ample physical evidence. After careful and thorough consideration of the record, [310]*310we find no error below, and affirm Pol’s conviction and sentence.

Affirmed.
