Action by Louis N. Pokress against the Southern Hotel Corporation and others for interference with a contract, conspiracy and deceit. From a judgment for defendants on an order sustaining their demurrer to plaintiff's declaration, plaintiff appeals.

Affirmed. Affirmed.
