Opinion

Per Curiam.

We agree with the trial justice that it was not necessary to tax the referee’s fees and stenographer’s charges.

The stipulation between the parties made such taxation unnecessary. Judgment affirmed, with costs.

Present: Fitzsimons, Ch. J., and Schuchman, J.

Judgment affirmed, with costs.
