Opinion
The trial court’s order permitting discovery in aid of execution notwithstanding petitioner’s having posted a satisfactory supersedeas bond pursuant to Rule 9.310(b), Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure, is quashed. The supersedeas bond stays all proceedings in relation to the judgment below. See Proprietors Ins. Co. v. Valsecchi, 385 So.2d 749 (Fla. 3d DCA 1980).
Petition granted; order quashed.
