Opinion

Mollison, Judge:

Counsel for the parties hare submitted the above-enumerated appeal for reappraisement upon stipulation, on the basis of which I find that the proper basis for the determination of the value of the involved birch plywood exported from Finland is export value, as defined in section 402(d), Tariff Act of 1930 and that such value is $99.77 per thousand square feet, net, packed.

Judgment will issue accordingly.
