Motion denied. Respondents may apply to Special Term for a vacatur of the temporary injunction or the parties may proceed to the trial of this action, at which time Special Term shall be free to determine in the light of the law as it now stands, applied to the facts as shown, whether the temporary injunction should continue or be vacated.
