For the reasons assigned in the consolidated case of Planters Trust & Savings Bank, et al. v. Sentry Drill Collar Inspection, et al., 503 So.2d 1163 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1987), Docket Number 86-340, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are taxed against def endants-appellants.
