Opinion

PER CURIAM.

AFFIRMED.

This is a case of first impression which squarely poses the issue of whether, under appropriate circumstances, treatment at a pain clinic constitutes remedial treatment pursuant to § 440.13(1), Florida Statutes. We hold that it does. Cf. Goldsmith v. Buena Vista Construction Co., 304 So.2d 110 (Fla.1974).

ERVIN, SHIVERS and SHAW; JJ., concur.
