Order so far as appealed from modified by granting items 2, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17 and 18, but as to items 5,10 and 16 plaintiff is to state only approximate dates, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. The verified bill of particulars to be served within twenty days from service of order. Present — Finch, P. J., Merrell, Martin, O’Malley and Untermyer, JJ.
