CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

The juvenile appeals from a finding of guilt and withhold of adjudication for attempted petit theft. Based on the State’s proper confession of error, we hold the trial court erred and remand for a new trial on the charge of petit theft.

Reversed and remanded.
