BOWEN, Presiding Judge.

The judgment of the Circuit Court of Mobile County is reversed and this cause is remanded as directed by the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Pizzi, 505 So.2d 1250 (Ala.1987).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.

All Judges concur.
