Opinions

In re Hon. Glenn B. Gremillion, Judge; (Other); applying for rehearing of an Order dated July 22, 1993; Parish of Concordia, Seventh Judicial District Court, Div. “A”, No. 24, 913A.

Considering the pending motions, the trial court is relieved of the responsibility of trying the ease by August 31,1993. The motion to lift the stay order is denied. The motion to allow the stay order to expire is premature; the stay order will expire on August 31 unless extended.
