Opinion

DIXON, J.,

is of the opinion that the writ should be granted. Palpable error has been shown. The matter in my opinion, is jurisdictional, and there is no necessity to show additional irreparable injury.

BARHAM, J., is also of the opinion that the writ should be granted.
