We affirm in all respects but remand this cause with instructions that the lower court correct the judgment to reflect that Appellant’s conviction is based on section 847.0135(4)(b), Florida Statutes, rather [212]*212than section 847.0135(4)(a), Florida Statutes.

AFFIRMED and REMANDED.
