Opinion

Motion for reargument of motion for leave to appeal denied. The issue raised by appellant on this motion for reargument is that the contempt order is final for purposes of appeal to this court. This contention was given full consideration and was disposed of by the court in its dismissal of appellant’s previous motion for leave to appeal. (See 6 Weinstein-Korn-Miller, N. Y. Civ. Prac., par. 5221.10.) [See 23 N Y 2d 644.]
