Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Appellants, plaintiffs in the trial court, appeal from a summary final judgment in favor of the defendant there. The learned trial judge wrote an extensive explanatory summary final judgment which recites the uncontroverted facts and reasons for his conclusion that a summary judgment was required. Nothing will be added to the jurisprudence of Florida by repetition here.

AFFIRMED.

BOYER, C. J., and RAWLS and ERVIN, JJ., concur.
