Appeal from an order of the City Court of White Plains granting respondent’s motion to examine appellant before trial and directing that appellant produce certain papers on the examination, for the purpose of enabling respondent to frame its complaint. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Beldoek, Hallinan and Kleinf eld, J J., concur.
