Opinion

Judgment in favor of plaintiff, and order denying motion to set aside verdict and for a new trial, in an action to recover alleged loans made to Vito Picone, now deceased, in June, 1939, reversed on the facts as against the weight of the evidence and a new trial granted, with costs to abide the event. No opinion. Lewis, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur. [189 Misc. 84.]
