Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Based on the recent authority of Woodson v. Martin, 685 So.2d 1240 (Fla.1996), and HTP, Ltd. v. Lineas Aereas Costarricenses, S.A., 685 So.2d 1238 (Fla.1996), we reverse the partial final summary judgment as to counts IV and V of the third amended complaint and remand for further proceedings.

Reversed and remanded and remand for further proceedings.
