PER CURIAM.

Granted. The trial judge’s refusal to amend the pre-trial order to add Lionel Smith as a witness for the defense constituted an abuse of discretion under the cireum-stances. The judgment of the trial court is amended to add Lionel Smith as a defense witness and to permit his testimony at trial.
