Opinion
Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. All concur, except Thompson, J., who dissents and votes for reversal on the facts and for a new trial. (Judgment is for damages in an automobile negligence action. The order denies motion for a new trial upon the ground that the verdict is inadequate.)
