This is an appeal from a judgment for the plaintiff in an action brought under Minn. St. 1945, § 559.28, 2 to determine the boundary line between lots four and five, block 53, Second Addition to the village (now city) of Windom, Minnesota. Block 53 consists of five lots, as shown by the following plat:
