Opinion

Motion granted, and memorandum of decision amended so as to read as follows: Judgment reversed upon exceptions, and a new trial ordered with costs to abide the event. The appeal from the order refusing a new trial on the minutes dismissed, because the order does not specify the grounds upon which the motionwas made; and because it does not appear the case contains all the evidence.
