Opinion
Order appealed from reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. Held, that the complaint contains sufficient averments to constitute a cause of action for the recovery of the possession of peisonal property. If the complaint contains inconsistent averments respecting the possession of the property, it may be made more definite and certain on motion.
