Opinion
This is an action to recover damages for the death of plaintiff’s intestate, an infant of the age of three years and nine months, as the result of the negligent operation of a truck by the defendants. The jury awarded to the plaintiff a verdict of $5,000. Judgment and order denying defendants’ motion for a new trial unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Young, Hagarty, Davis and Johnston, JJ.
