LATTIMORE, J.

Conviction in district court of Rockwall county of driving an auto.mobile while intoxicated; punishment, fine of $250 and ten days’ imprisonment in the county jail. Appellant has filed in this court his •sworn affidavit, asking that his appeal be dismissed. The request will be granted. The appeal is dismissed.
