Opinion

Per Curiam :

This case was decided correctly. One tenant in common of the land had no power to release the half of the bond given and held for the benefit of his co-tenant.. The judgment is affirmed on the opinion of the learned judge, in directing judgment to be entered on the verdict.

Judgment affirmed.
