On the authority of United States v. Sabin (14 Ct. Cust. Appls. 76, T. D. 41581) and Abstract 50336 the verification of the petitions at the trial was allowed. On the record presented it was found there was no intention to defraud the revenue of the United States or to conceal or misrepresent the facts in the case. The petitions were therefore granted.
