Opinion

Per curiam:

Appellant Primalton Peterson ("Peterson") appeals the denial of his Amended Rule 24.035 motion following an evidentiary hearing. Peterson sought to vacate his guilty plea and sentence to second-degree murder pursuant to section 565.021, armed criminal action pursuant to section 571.015, and abandonment of a corpse pursuant to section 194.425. For reasons explained more fully in a memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
