Opinion

Order denying appellant’s motion to direct the guardian ad litem, to pay to him, for medical and surgical services, a sum of money out of the funds on deposit with the chamberlain of the city of New York to the credit of the infant’s estate, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Davis, JJ., concur.
