The petitioners having filed a motion to dismiss the petition for certiorari and the same having heretofore been argued before the Court, it is, upon consideration thereof,

Ordered and adjudged that the said motion to dismiss be and the same is hereby granted, and the petition for writ of cer-tiorari in this cause be and the same- is hereby dismissed.
