PER CURIAM.

The above two cases came on for hearing upon the Petition for Rehearing and after consideration by the court, it is ordered that they be granted without argument; and it is further ordered that the orders dismissing be set aside; and it is further ordered that the causes be transferred to the District Court of Appeal, Second District.
