Action for personal injuries received while plaintiff was alighting from one of defendants’ street ears. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Joseph H. Pitch, Judge, presiding. Heard -in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1919. Affirmed.
