PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of appellee’s motion to dismiss the appeal, as well as appellant’s response thereto, the Court has determined that its jurisdiction was not timely invoked. Accordingly, appellee’s motion, filed on January 15, 2015, is granted and the appeal is hereby dismissed.
