Opinion

SULLIVAN, Judge.

For the reasons expressed in Caffery v. White, 02-857 (La.App. 3 Cir. 2/12/03); 846 So.2d 771, the judgment of the trial court in favor of Heidi Perry and against Matthew White and Luhr Brothers, Inc. is affirmed. Costs of this appeal are assessed to Defendants Appellants, Matthew White and Luhr Brothers, Inc.

AFFIRMED.
