Opinion

ORDER

The Hopi Appellate Court upon review of the Expedited Petition for an Extraordinary Writ For Temporary Preliminary Injunction on the above matter denies said petition. This action is premature. This court is not aware of any Petition before the trial court to recognize and enforce the challenged Sisseton-Wahpeton Sioux Tribal Court Order; therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED denying the Petitioner for Extraordinary Writ.

SO ORDERED.
