MANN, Judge.

The trial judge found that appellant broker was not entitled to a commission, there being sufficient evidence that she was not the procuring cause of the sale. Salter v. Knowles, Fla.App.1957, 97 So.2d 138.

Affirmed.

HOBSON, C. J., and McNULTY, J., concur.
