AMENDED DECISION This Amended Decision is being filed to correct the following:

On Page 1, line 6, the word "liable" is inserted after the word vicariously. That sentence now reads "The estate of the decedent, Christy J. Perry, as plaintiff, has brought suit against the defendant Green Card, Inc., d/b/a Sicilia's Pizza seeking to hold it vicariously liable for the alleged negligence of Andrew Zuromski.

The remaining contents of the decision filed on November 30, 2006, remain the same.
