Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Appellee, Marguerite F. Winston, has confessed error. We therefore reverse the trial court’s order dismissing the complaint for lack of jurisdiction upon the authority of Griffin v. Zinn, 318 So.2d 151 (Fla. 2d DCA 1975), and remand to the trial court for further proceedings.
