Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Upon considering the briefs, record, and oral argument, we affirm appellant’s conviction. However, the provisions in the sentence assessing a fine of $980,000 or $8,400 are illegal and are hereby stricken. As amended, the sentence is affirmed.
