Opinion

Per Curiam:

Mr. Johnny S. Perez appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Clay County, Missouri, entered following a jury verdict in favor of BNSF Railway Company on Mr. Perez's Federal Employees Liability Act claim for work-related personal injuries. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum of law has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
