MEMORANDUM OPINION On February 25, 2015, appellant filed a pro se notice of appeal complaining of the trial court’s failure to rule on his application for writ of habeas corpus. On March 11, 2015, appellant filed a letter stating the notice of appeal was filed in error and requesting that we dismiss the appeal. We have construed the letter as a motion to dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.2(a). The motion is granted. Accordingly, the appeal is ordered dismissed.
